Bee Free Honee, Mint (Plant Based)

I have been searching for a good mint honey since the store I used to buy from closed years ago. I can never find any mint flavored. I was excited to try this, even though it's based from apples, because of the mint flavor. First of all, it barely tastes minty. Secondly, I put some of this honey in my daughters tea this morning because she had a sore throat. It turned her tea into what looked like rotting milk! AWFUL! Never again.

The claim that “each jar saves 7500 bees” is ridiculous. Harvesting honey is no more harmful to bees than picking apples is to the trees.If you’re looking for a honey replacement find a company that’s honest about its products.

This is good stuff. Mostly, I like that this tastes exactly like honey without harming bees (who are fed sugar water plus antibiotics to replace the honey the bees made to sustain themselves). The mint flavor is light but tasty.
