BIC Briteliner Grip Pastel

These highlighters are great quality compared to many, many others I’ve tried. They produce very bright, vibrant colors, though the purple was a tad dark for my preference most of the time when highlighting. Words are still visible when under purple but it offers the lowest level of contrast of all of the colors. Yellow and orange are borderline neon, pink, green and blue are saturated and rich but closer to pastel rather than neon. The purple is vibrant and a more “clear” and strong shade of purple rather than a pastel lilac or violet color. I think they look very appealing and muted compared to traditional neon options. I use them sometimes for art projects and get use from all the colors that way also. I’ve had this same pack for ~2 years with semi-regular use and have had them last for a long time without compromising their brightness or the strength of their lines. They’re somewhere in the medium level of thickness with a chisel that covers a line of 12 point font very neatly. They can bleed through a page if you hold them in one place for too long, particularly on thin paper. These seem to work best on standard and sturdy paper unless you’re not concerned about bleed through. The result looks great pretty consistently. I think this was a great value considering how quickly some of the other highlighters I’ve used have run out of juice and started to skip on a page. I’d recommend these and I’d buy them again. I’d love to try other colors too, preferably in lighter/pastel non-neon colors.

The ink flows smoothly, doesn’t bleed through most notebook paper, and dries quickly — a big win if you’re tired of smudging your notes or planners. Nice quality. They don’t dry out quickly, even if you accidentally leave the cap off for a bit. The tips hold their shape well and don’t get mushy. If you want highlighters that are easy on the eyes, comfortable to use, and perfect for planners, journals, textbooks, or color‑coding, this 12‑count pastel set is a great buy. Reliable, pretty, and practical — exactly what you want from everyday stationery. And the price is right.

I like these bright highliters as the barrels are thin and easier to hold vrs the thick ones. The tip has a fine chisel point that holds firm, is accurate for single lines and does not usually bleed thru ordinary paper (copy paper, bank statements, etc.). Shelf life is good - found a few in a box of old craft supplies that were at least 10 years old that were still very moist & usable. Good product.

These are easy to use and stay wet while open for a long time. The darker colors do make it harder to see the letters highlighted. I was hoping all colors would work for highlighting, but some are too dark. Otherwise, excellent product.

Love these colors. Had them for a while & they’re still not dried out. No bleeding into the next page. Perfect amount of brightness. The chisel tip is the perfect size & always fits what I need highlighted exactly as needed.

Excellent brite liner chisel tooth highlighters. Exactly as described.

I use this product to mark out the stitches on my cross stitch patterns. When each symbol completed I go over them with a darker highlighter which clearly shows the completed work.
