Just what I was looking for.

We use these by the thousands each year. These are as good as any on the market. Value quality, but that is what we are looking for. When we need more sturdy ones, we order higher quality folders - but these are more than sufficient for our needs most of the time.

I am a real estate appraiser and have been using these folders for nearly 20 years. A large part of my business is being out in all types of weather, snow, rain and ice and unlike many of the other folders I tried in the past these hold up to the elements and you can still write on them in the rain, not pouring rain but if they get a bit damp they're great. I use them for drawing my sketches of homes and buildings and to take notes, writing on the outsides of the folder and they hold up very well to everything mother nature can throw at them. Cost wise they're similar to others but quality wise they are heads above the rest. I really like the 1/3 tab when they are in the file cabinet as they make it easy to find a file amid the hundreds in the drawer. I will probably never use another file folder again.

Awesome deal! Got 100! All the other ones had a lot less quantity. Didn’t realize they were legal size when I ordered though- had to cut them down, but oh well- still way better value than the rest
