How digi-tech (software) meets TV hardware: Conflicts?
October 06, 2021 Dear Friends, When I received this TV item, via courier (Amazon); It was quite an extraordinary (my 8yo Panansonic died). This product is strange. Great pictures, but no sound. Most odd. Indeed. After some basic physics, I found a way to listen/view the apparatus consolidating the right to the software/firmware issues. Namely, start with the basics. Firstly, you need to connect the optical feed to the TV. If you have one. Otherwise, everything will not work. Just a note for potential buyers. The picture and sound is excellent, but, take care on the odd-purchase. I would say, some software issues need to be resolved. That is all. Take care - Stay Safe ... Chatgrande This product is over-complicated.

Very good tv with excellent picture and sound quality
The TV is an excellent choice. The sound and picture quality is just out of this world. When connected with my indoor aerial in my room, it transmitted 150+ channels. I would recommend the tv for anyone as it is value for money.

Great picture and sound. Find the FreeView Play navigation a bit laggy, but overall good value for money

Good tv but with wifi connection problems.
Nice tv with good picture and sound. The programme guide is a bit slow but the main issue is a persistent problem in connecting to the wifi. Often the connection failed and couldn't be reconnected. The replacement set was worse, it wouldn't connect to the wifi at all, and there certainly wasn't a problem with the wifi. I'd avoid buying this model. The seller, The Vault, wasn't helpful at all and refused to refund the full amount. Don't buy from this seller.
