Arrived in perfect condition and will help me clone some bushes in the front planter. Just note that there is no seal under the lid so as soon as you take the cap off the powder will fly if you're not careful. Time will tell If I can get the stubborn plants to root since water alone isn't doing the job. This stuff is mentioned all across the internet propagation pages and has a good reputation which I expect it will live up to.

Seemed to work well! Have always heard good things aboutvthis specific brand of product so I used it on my fiddle fig leaf cutting and they produced nice roots

Bonide Bontone II Rooting Powder has become a must-have in my gardening kit. I used it on some softwood cuttings and was amazed at how quickly the roots began to develop. I love this stuff! Works wonders. Long lasting. Great value for the price. Plants do seem to root much better with this.

The consistency of the product is fine. Can sprinkle over roots fine. The product is similar to ash, in my opinion. I ordered 3 bottles. I was happy to find that there was no secondary seal, as pulling on and trying to remove such might spill the product. There is some residual dust in the air when sprinkling which seems like a waste. The thing that most disappointed me is the bottle was just a tad more than half full. In fact, I was able to take all 3 bottles and fill one bottle with the product and discard the two empty containers right away. I felt jipped! I'd rather pay more and get a full bottle than pay for plastic I'm just going to immediately throw away. PLEASE COMPLETELY FILL THE BOTTLE BEFORE SENDING IT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! THANK YOU!

I have used this stuff for years. I propagate grapevine cuttings and this stuff works great. I had about a 90% success rate with the 30 grapevines I propagated. I can typically get about 2 propagation seasons with one bottle.

I’ve used this powder for years. It works well with cloning and it also works well just sprinkling it onto the soil when transplanting a seedling or clone to help with the root development and spreading.
