Q: Where can we get additional replacement heads? I already went through all three heads in about a year (~ 4 months each).

I searched all over and couldn't find any. I finally figured out that Colgate 360 optic white replacement heads fit! They werent very expensive here on amazon.

Q: How do you remove the brush head?

I found the heads and the interdental arm very difficult to pull straight off. I had to use a towel to hold both ends and pull apart like I was stretching a taffy bar. Even on the interdental arm, it was difficult to pull apart to exchange/replace the accessories. I do not recommend this product unless you are a very strong person.
