Definitely don’t buy this. It’s a waste of money.
I loved the idea, since I was going on a trip with my family. However, the actual product was definitely not worth the money. Too bad I can’t give it no stars.The bottle would always leak, even when closed tightly. I had bought 5, and every single one had the same issue. On the second day of my trip, the filter completely detached on its own. I hadn’t tried to take it apart or anything, it just came apart as I was drinking. Definitely not worth it. Next time I’ll just buy a Brita bottle, like I should have in the first place. Save the time, money, and hassle and steer clear of this poorly made product.

Easy to clean, soft shape, durable, great buy.
I've been buying Clear2Go bottles and filters for about 7 years. Used them to filter tap water in Central American and Mediterranean countries. Had no problems. Also great because it can be used as a regular water bottle when drinking water from home. The filter unscrews from the top. You do have to squeeze gently, but I found the water comes quicker and easier than most direct filter streams. Is a great buy. Only complaint is that it doesn't hold a ton of water.

noticed thickness difference
The thickness of the bottle(plastic) is definitely much thinner than the last bottles I have had..but even with the thickness of the plastic..one bottle I had in the past sprouted a leak and I tried to FLEX seal it without success..kept leaking...and I didn't want be drinking flexseal mixed with my water......., I guess from making attempts to squeeze the bottle so I would get more water ffaster at times. it cracked.... but this new one I hope doesn't do that otherwise I will be changing my water bottles to a metal one. I will have to test this new bottle out in time.. Only thing don't like ether is that there is not BPH free plastic.either...

Great for portable purification at minimal cost, So good that i ordered another!
The Clear2O purification water bottle succeeds on many levels, however it does have a few flaws.Purification: 10/10This bottle does a remarkable job of purifying. Having had other types of filters in the past i can say this was one of the best. Compared to a Brita filter this one removes all discoloration in dirty water, makes water taste pure, but does not give the water a mineral taste like a Brita would. (The reason being is that this uses a paper filter compared to a charcoal reason composite filter like a Brita). The Clear2Go Filters are a little more expensive compared to other filtration bottles (In fact it is almost better to just order another bottle) however the filters do last longer, twice as long in fact.Bottle: 6/10This is where i have some problems with the bottle. The body is made of a nice plastic that is easy to squeeze. It feels pretty durable and i have not had any problems over the time i have been using it. The Cap however leaks. No questions asked, if you leave the bottle on its side it will drop water.Ease of Use: 7/10You have to squeeze this thing pretty hard to get a steady stream of water to come out. It is not recommended for anyone using it for athletics. However for casual use it is perfect.College Student Approved +Good for the casual water drinker, not someone who wants to use it for athletics.

When I originally ordered this bottle, the lid started leaked after about a week of use. I read some reviews from people saying this sometimes happened after they twisted it on too hard so I decided to give it another shot because I love the idea of having a filter in the bottle and couldn't find it anywhere else so I ordered two more bottles. Within weeks, both of them started leaking again and I was always sure to not twist too hard. Great idea, but very poor execution and design.

The best
This is my second purchase. My first lasted around 3 years, of course the filters themselves were replaced more often. All the squeezing of the bottle eventually led to a crack in the bottle allowing it to leak. I did shop around to find any new alternatives that could match this and before purchasing this product a second time ordered another product that could possibly be acceptable and was extremely disappointed. So this item in my opinion is still the best option available especially when compared to the much higher priced items that do not perform as well.

Water Tastes So Much Better!
It's kinda weird. I wasn't a big water drinker without it having a splash of juice or something to flavor it. I got the Clear2Go Water Bottle and drink water as is. It's amazing how much better it tastes. I drink water throughout the day now and have to have it with me at all times. My son tried it out and I ended up buying a Clear2Go Water Bottle for him as well.I haven't experienced any problems with leaky lids or anything of the sort. As one reviewer stated, if you're wanting a whole bunch of water at once from this bottle, it isn't going to happen. This bottle is for a casual drink of water when you're thirsty not for a huge gulp after a hard workout. A gentle squeeze does the trick. I can see where leaks could possibly develop if you squeeze the bottle too hard to get a lot of water at once.In my opinion, this isn't the best water bottle for the gym. But it is great alternative to drinking from the throw-away plastic bottles that accumulate in my car and at the landfill...

Safe drinking water anywhere in the world
We love our Clear2GO water bottles with water filters. The filters have an incredibly small micron rating, so we are always confident that any water we drink while travelling will be safe and healthy. Replacement filters are easy to screw into the sipping cap and last for up to 6 weeks, plenty of time for an extended camping trip or foreign vacation. While overseas, we put ice cubes and water in the bottles and enjoyed refreshing sips of chilled, filtered water (they say not to use ice in foreign countries, but with these bottles you can!). We also keep them handy for use in the event of natural disasters closer to home. We have two, and one of the caps leaks if the bottle is left on its side, but that does not deter from the excellent filtration that they offer. They also fit in a standard bicycle water bottle holder.

Great!
Tried quite a few water filter bottles and this is the only one that leaves no funny taste on water that's been filtered (which I've had with other filter bottles). Very pleased, highly recommended!

Clone product?
The head part was cracked and was licking everywhere, even closed. I returned the product. I think was not original product. My refill was all white. In all images and video presentations, the refill has bottom black. I will buy another one/original from USA.
