Not bad for used
I bought it Refurbished/Excellent. And it held up to it. Battery is pretty good, no dents or scratches. The only downside is that there was dirt and dust and the paint on the A key is scuffed but overall 5/5 stars

Battery Bad - Seller Ghosted Us
I purchased the product rated "Refurbished - Excellent." Description states, word-for-word, "Battery: When included, batteries have a capacity that exceeds 80% of the original battery life." Battery arrived out of the box with a "Service Recommended" warning from the operating system. Reported to Amazon and they reached out to seller, but seller never responded. Amazon has been harassing me for two weeks and just keep sending this seller messages that get ignored. I'm stuck with a new laptop with a dead battery. Garbage product, garbage service.

Computer comes looking brand new. Only thing is the battery life is not the best but you get what you pay for. Good product
