Q: Can the scroll wheel light only be changed by adjusting dpi. i have a blue build, will i have to stay on one dpi level if i want it to stay blue?

The scroll wheel light corresponds to one of five DPI presets. For a blue build (which I also have) that would be DPI preset 3. You can adjust the DPI sensitivity for each preset to whatever you want, but if you change DPI sensitivity mid game, the scroll wheel light will also change color according to the preset.

Q: Is it possible to assign fast dpi switch to one of the buttons, similar to Logitech g305?

Yes, you can assign any function/macro to any of the buttons
