We love this toothpaste. Not a lot of bad stuff in it and tastes great and feels good on teeth and makes mouth feel very clean. Very good Price as well.

It's a rare toothpaste that leaves out flouride, and this one receives my praise. If you investigate flouride on the net, it could make you wonder why you have to brush your teeth with the stuff. For instance, the Douglas Report ( [...]) says: "Did you know that for years fluoride was classified as a toxic waste in this country? In fact, not too long ago its only approved uses were as an insecticide and a RAT POISON! And that's just how your body treats it - as a poison. "Plenty of studies have been done over the years - and the results are frightening. Fluoridation has been linked to immune system alteration, musculoskeletal harm, genetic damage, thyroid dysfunction, and even cancer. "Do you think all that's worth preventing cavities? "Before you answer that, I have one more wrench to toss at you. More and more studies are showing that ingesting fluoride has absolutely no bearing on preventing tooth decay. And now the American Dental Association is advising that parents NOT give fluoridated water to babies - BECAUSE IT CAN CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE!" From [...] HITLER and the Russian Army were the first ones to put fluoride in tap water because it makes a person unable to resist domination. There is NO BENEFIT to human consumption of fluoride. Even the smallest amount causes brain and nerve damage. Fluoride is commonly used as a pesticide, roach and rat killer, and chemical nerve gas, meaning FLUORIDE KILLS and is used by the government to kill enemies at war. Fluoride is also anesthesia, meaning the government is slowly anesthetizing you through your food and water. The #1 cause of death from surgery, more than any other complication, is anesthesia. As a US nurse who is now fighting for her life due to lifelong fluoride poisoning, I can tell you we have been brainwashed to believe it is safe and beneficial for the prevention of cavities. Fluoride is actually the #1 cause of tooth loss. If fluoride suppresses the thyroid, why is it being put in your drinking water? Why are you brushing your teeth with something that has a warning label to contact poison control if swallowed (in the US)? It's easily absorbed through the soft tissues of your mouth, even if you avoid swallowing your toothpaste. And why don't your fluoride-containing water and foods have the same warning label to contact poison control if swallowed?! When people go to the doctor with symptoms produced by fluoride poisoning, the drugs they're given further poison the body, causing them to show new "symptoms." We are taught to see these as symptoms of "disease" when they are actually symptoms caused by poisoning the patient. In turn they are given MORE drugs containing fluoride, and therefore their condition deteriorates. Ultimately we KILL the patient, believing they died of a "disease," when they were actually killed by fluoride poisoning, as well as an accumulation of other deadly chemicals found in prescription drugs that ARE NOT SAFE for human consumption. This is a DEADLY SCAM that generates business for the medical industry and pharmaceutical companies. This is the best toothpaste I have ever used. I wish I had discovered this years sooner. Excellent taste but more importantly I have been using this for two years and have not had a cavity. Prior to discovering this toothpaste, I frequently had cavities.

It was definitely different with the texture.

It’s been a year (or more) since I switched to this toothpaste and I like it. I was looking for an option with no fluor and this has just been perfect. My teeth feel clean, it tastes and smells good and it is not so strong. At the beginning I was afraid it would do me more harm than good but all I hear from my dentist is that I have been doing a great job cleaning my teeth. This is super soft on your teeth btw and it does whitens but you have to give it time, like I have been using it for a year and I can really see the difference. It is not a chalk white but it is a naturally white smile.

Recent years I have very sensitive gums that bleed easily and my breath smell so bad that my hubby sometimes would need to turn away for a breather when I get too close when we are whispering. When I wear mask, I can smell myself too. Its pretty upsetting. I brush my teeth 3 times a day and use mouth rinse etc. Even mint candy can’t help me much unless I always eat it. NOW, this toothpaste is a saver! It still hasn’t helped me with completely with the bleeding gums, but neither had parodontax toothpaste which I think discolored my molars. After using this NOW toothpaste, I noticed my bleeding was less when I’m brushing and also in the morning when I wake up. I also changed to a gentler tooth brush and went back to two times a day. I think I might be over brushing which cause my inflamed gums in addition to genes. This toothpaste also does whiten like it says. I see some of my tea stain spots going away and the front is more white. It’s very noticeable that I my husband noticed my teeth got whiter. Most important was, I did not have bad breath. My mouth felt less dry too which is why when I wake up in the morning there is less blood clots. I think dryness was the culprit. Even my husband noticed because as soon as I used this, we could talk for a long time very close and he wouldn’t smell anything. This is very apparent because after I used up this toothpaste, I switched to using my husbands toothpaste. It also was fluoride free, non SLS, but somehow it’s just not the same as the NOW toothpaste because after a few days of being off NOW my hubby noticed the smell is back. This thing really works! I’m back to buy my second one.

On Ellie Phillips dental program and she recommended this. It’s very mild mint taste and doesn’t burn my tongue (most brands will). Recommend to those have have mouth sensitivity issues.

皆さんはホワイトニング効果に期待していると思いますが、使用していると確かに歯が少し白に近づいた気がします… 歯の比較的表層に付着した色素は落ちてそうに思います…しかしながら、深層の数年単位の色素はなかなか落ちそうにないです。 ワインやコーヒー等を飲んで数日以内なら、それらの色素は落ちそうに感じました。 味はホテルの歯ブラシに付属している歯磨き粉のような味です。普通です。
