Amazon Basics 4-Pack 9 Volt Alkaline Everyday Batteries for Smoke Detectors, Long Lasting 5-Year Shelf Life

9-volt batteries are not often in demand in our home but when you need them the need is usually immediate. We keep several of these in our battery case for that reason, but they will generally sit unused for a long time, maybe even a year. I'm happy to report that these Amazon Basics have a similar shelf life to the top three brands but cost less. Before using we will check the batteries with a battery tester to ensure they have a full charge and not once has this brand disappointed. At least once a year we change out all of the smoke detector batteries which are this size and I can report that we've never experienced the "Low Voltage" annoying beep that these devices sound to alert that it is time to replace the batteries. Battery life in use is again similar to the big-name brands, and the power delivery is consistent over the span of use. In my experience it is sometimes a little difficult to snap on the 9-volt battery connector clips which is also common with other brands. Thinking about this for a moment, I would say that is a plus since the connection will be firm ensuring full power is delivered. If you find this useful, please mark as Helpful.

These are great batteries. They function as they are supposed to and do exactly what I need. Why pay more for a brand name? They don’t get hot and they do what every other battery does - just cheaper.

Decent batteries for the price. Their not energizer, but better than rayovac or some of the other discount brands

So my smoke alarm battery died and it was beeping and beeping and beeping and beeping and beeping and beeping and beeping. It was driving me crazy …went online and found battery put in. Within two minutes, my nightmare was over and I went ahead and bought the big pack because Of the value for my money. Great performance the battery worked perfectly. It fit My smoke alarm. There was some really good value in the four pack. Hell I don’t know about the brightness factor because I’m using them for a smoke alarm, but I know they also fit a flashlight

I recently had a couple of smoke detectors have the batteries wear out and started to beep. I went to Amazon to find replacement 9 volt batteries. I chose the Amazon brand because of the price point being less expensive than the major brands. To my surprise these batteries turned out to be every bit as good and long lasting as the major brands you pay a ot more for. I recommend this brand of battery.

Tienen las mismas características que las baterías de "marca" en cuanto a durabilidad, calidad, "shelf-life", pero por un precio mucho menor. En mi caso yo las compré en oferta y pues el precio fue aún más bajo. Las recomiendo mucho.

Last along time and a lot cheaper

Compre las baterías para un multímetro y un tester de red. Hasta el momento según el uso que le he dado a ambos equipos el rendimiento de la batería parece bueno. No hago actualmente un uso intensivo de los equipos pero hasta ahora parece tener buena durabilidad.
