This is an old kit, but good
It’s an old mold from the 60s, lots of misshapen parts and flash, but that was mostly on optional ground crew (some looking quite hilarious as in the pic). Other than that not bad, and it’s the modeling experience that was the norm when I started in the 80s as a kid. For what it is and the price, it’s a great kit to get back into the hobby. Just don’t expect well fitting parts you don’t have to fill/sand. It’s the typical set from the past, I would have been perfectly happy with it as a kid back then and thought nothing wrong with it.

A whole bunch of fun in a box.
Pretty good kit just beware landing gear takes time. Reveal gives good instructions and several figures to detail, including pilot and rear gunner. Kit builds really well.

Exceeded my expectations........
I bought this kit under the Monogram brand as a middle schooler in the late 70s/early 80s. I bought it again this month as it seemed like an easy build for re-entering the hobby, and a negligible investment for experimenting with different painting techniques (in fact, I used Amazon reward points to buy this and a Revell P-51, which also appears to be a former Monogram kit). Both times I could get neither the landing gear nor the dropping bomb to work properly, so I glued them both in place. No problem, since I plan to display it on a shelf anyway. I was presently surprised that the mechanism for opening all five flaps does indeed work by merely pulling down the lower middle flap, although the closed position leaves something to be desired. As of this writing, I am still working on completing a professionally painted canopy, so I didn't provide any pics. The first time I bought this kit, it was molded in midnight/navy blue. This time it was molded in medium/light gray, for better painting I presume. Pieces were sealed in plastic bags, and there is a cardboard brace inside the box to prevent crushing. Although I the kit has its issues, I'm giving it 5 stars because it exceeded my expectations, and because of the prompt delivery.
