> The Perfume de Sonsierra is a hand-picked special selection from Sonsierras oldest (over 40 years of age), highest quality vines. This wine is an intense deep cherry red, there are clear overtones of liquorice, blackberry, blackcurrant, toffee, mocha and a hint of menthol. It is juicy, powerful and exuberant on the palate; a sensory experience that will live long in the memory. The wine has outstanding fruity notes (strawberry, currant and liquorice), very well combined with the aromas of ageing, especially roasted and toasted coffee. The palate is long, balanced and round, with a long finish.
