Watch those little set screws!
These are nice, they work well and the quality is spot on. Just a couple of notes.1. The set screws are TINY! Use a good, #0 phillips head screwdriver with a magnetic tip if you have it. This will save you from losing many a set screw as you try to put the bottom clasp and laces together.2. The instructions are designed to cause mental anquish. The pictures and description are not the clearest, and they were designed by the person who thought the tiny set screws were easy to see. Here is what you want to do:1. Put both sides of the laces through the spring loaded piece - leaving a loop at the top (about two fingers width)2, Lace from the top to the bottom of the shoe so that the spring loaded part is in the center of the top for adjustability.3. At the bottom take the two sides of the laces and trim them so that they neatly interset at the middle of the shoe at the bottom.4. You will want to take a lighter and burn the end to keep it from fraying later. Make sure that the two ends can butt up in the middle.5. Insert the ends into the tube with two threaded holes in it. Make sure the ends butt in the middle of the tube.6. Take the tiny, tiny set screw and set on your magnetic head screwdriver.7. Use the force to align the set screw with the threaded hole and install. If you can not use the force, then hopefully you have a magnifying glass or very good eyesight.8. Repeat with the second set screw and threaded hole.9. The shoe is not complete, the locking tube on the bottom holds the ends of the laces and the set screws keep them from slipping off. The top has the spring loaded part with a loop of lace in it for adjustability.10. When putting your feet into the shoes, hold the spring clamp in and pull the loop tight to install. Reverse to remove. You're done with shoe # 1. Repeat for shoe #2 and your all set.

Used a knot and threw away the connectors.
The laces look and work nice but unfortunately very hard to install. The instructions could only be viewed by using a magnifying glass and the screws were to hard to get lined up and started . After picking the screws up from dropping them countless times I finally decided it was not worth it. I put them upside down not using the connecter and tied knots on the top. It may not look as nice but it was so much easier.

Don't waste your time or money...
I can't put down easy to use because its not! I also can't put down easy to install! I tried and tried and I couldn't get the stupid little screws to go in and the screw driver was almost useless except for stabbing myself when it slipped. Then the non-existent instructions....okay it did have instructions but they were so tiny and made zero sense! I tried for two hours to get these on and after stabbing myself for the 100th time I have thrown them away. Don't waste your time or money.

Aiboxin no tie elastic shoelaces
There is only on small problem with this shoelace, was the metal part that you place two ends of the shoelace inside this tiny metal part and then you had to screw the shoelace inside. THIS piece is tiny and the screw is even smaller! That is totally crazy and the directions are small and not easy to read. BUT what I did do after much thinking is I left this metal piece out and just laced up my grandson's soccer shoes just like all lace shoes and then at the end I put the other medal part and put the shoelaces through it as this piece keeps the laces tight and the loose ends of the shoelaces I ran them in back of the laces to the end of the laced up shoe and tried off each end. It works great this way as well.

VERY SMALL
First impressions. Very small. I expected bigger. Looks kind of cheap. The ends are curved, hard and short. The screws are very, VERY small so be on a surface that you won't lose them. I want to put these on my Nike, I will post a picture and update later.UPDATEthese are so small and trying. I guess the points are suppose to go through the plastic but it doesn't. This is too much trouble. All 5 pairs are going back!

Not as bad as the reviews make them seem
These are really nice and not that hard to put together. They're certainly not done like traditional shoelaces. I almost didn't get them because everyone whining how difficult and confusing they were to get put together. I'm guessing the people that had issues probably had problems with these because they lack the requisite mechanical abilities to tie regular shoelaces. Seriously, unless you're over 60 and can't find your reading glasses you'll be fine putting these together. There are small screws and the instructions are small but it isn't as bad as the other reviews make it seem. If you're capable of screwing your way out of a wet paper bag, you'll be just fine dealing with the small screws that come with these laces. The spring clips are metal and feel well made.

Nice colors, but poor instructions.
I like these laces, the color is gr8. I just don't know how to lace them up, the instructions suck. The printing n pictures are aweful. They sent the instructions on a business card. So I had to impervise. The little connectors that you squeeze together is the main thing to hold the laces together. The other connectors wit the little screws are sooo small i can barely see them

Loving the comfort and the look
Not so easily assembled. The parts are tiny. Tiny like I had to use a magnifying glass! Thankfully there are extra screws because placing them is difficult so the first two were lost in the rug immediately. It took me 37 minutes to do the first shoe and I dread starting the second shoe. With all that said, once assembled the shoe is much more comfortable with the bungee laces and they look neater. No more untied shoes!! I bought these to try them out but I will be ordering more.
