Delivery was 4 hours late but they were polite and brought the box into the house. With tax it was 814 dollars, free delivery. Took 35 minutes to unpack and put together by myself. 5’6” female. When I was turning the base the wood bent out a little but went right back. Meaning it’s plywood. If your a big person or kids plan on jumping on it I would look for solid wood construction. Still doable, time will tell. Color is brownish in a darkish room but definitely more grayish in bright light/fossil color. The console and drink holders are fine. The video on this page by Ashley show the console as a soft close. They lied. It plops right down. But still doable/fine. I brought the manual opening it and closing it is a breeze, I am glad I didn’t spend extra for the power one.Comfort.. it has a firm like a comfortable soft well made car seat. Like sitting in a car. Your not going to feel like you expect with the old recliners. That it’s soft and squishy, and you mold into it. But, having said that; it is comfortable or I would have sent it back in a nano second.What I’m not crazy about.. it’s a faux leather which I expected. Expected a Faux leather with a thicker crushed velvety feel to the material. It is soft, but the material is a bit thin more than I would have liked. But good enough, still doable. The stitching is a bit too light. My opinion though.On the whole taking price, how it looks, and comfort I am happy with it. And I think the seat and back cushion will hold up.

So I ordered the couch and loveseat since I can’t go out and shop due to covid19. I won’t lie I was hesitant at first but if I knew this would be such a great experience I would have ordered along time ago on line. First time ordering living room furniture on line and I am very very happy. I didn’t get the couch yet but it’s on it’s way.Packaging was greatNothing broken or missingVery Satisfied 👍🏽
