Want to know how strong you are maybe this might be it.
Likes: Pretty legit item. It was able to measure my hand strength pretty accurately. Concerns: The whole construction is plastic but it seems to be durable. Kept or Returned? Kept it and use it once in a while. Thanks for your time and I hope this review was helpful.

I'm Stronger Than I Thought
I was starting to worry about the fact that it was getting harder and harder to lift a pot of water off of the stove. I wondered if there was something wrong with my grip or if I was slowly dying of some tragic neurodegenerative disease. I happened across this product and bought it on a whim to see how bad the situation was. It arrived quickly and was super easy to set up. Within minutes, I was able to run my first test. The included chart informed me that I was freakishly weak. Like, weaker than a 100 year old who never lifted her arms a day in her life weak. There must be some mistake, I thought. Fortunately, it turned out that it WAS a mistake. The default settings were for kg rather than lbs. Once I switched the settings to lbs I learned that I have normal grip strength for my age. Hurray! I definitely don't have any kind of degenerative muscle wasting disease, then! This is a fun and useful tool. It has inspired me to work on my grip and see if I can make it stronger. It would also be great at parties.

Easy to use right out of the box
This thing is so cool. It’s works exactly as described. Open the box, read the instructions, and try and best your friends with how strong you are. I highly recommend the strength machine. It’s very well built, comfortable in your hands, and highly adjustable.

Great device, precise and solid
I love this dynamometer, it works very well. It has many user profiles and that is helpful to have a profile for each of your hands, if you care about equal strength in both your hands. It has memory for each user and that's helpful to know at what level you are right at that moment when you measure. You can see in the video basic functionality once you set it up with your user information. It may not be incredibly intuitive to use and pressing the wrong button sometimes may confuse you, but it does the job well in the end. The lever is adjustable for fitting it properly in your hand.

Good value for the money
I'm using the dynamometer to measure grip strength of female pitchers and hitters. Right now I'm just setting baselines before working on it to increase the ability to transfer energy. The dynamometer is easy to use - a couple of clicks and it's ready to go. The readout is easy to read, even in bright sunlight. Seems pretty durable so far, although I've only had it a few weeks. I don't know if it's empirically accurate or not, but since I'm using it for comparison to itself it suits my purposes. The readings are coming out where I expect them to. Also comes with a handy chart so you can see the ranges of what is considered weak, normal and strong by age and gender. If you're looking for something to use in making simple measurements it's worth a look.

Budget friendly but case could be better.
For the price it is a descent substitute for testing purposes. Especially if you need to carry it in a bag and are not required to get the measurements tested for standardization. My handle adjustmenis slightly broken after 3 years of use so I have to make sure the handle placement is secure before testing. I always test my grip first to determine if it is working correctly. The battery cover also chipped and now is missing because it would not stay secure. Stroger case materals would be nicer.
