Take with B12.
Great quality folate. Not synthetic and great for those with MTHFR just remember to take it with B12, methycobalamin NOT cyancobalamin. Cyan is fake, lab created

Feel-good regimen
Difficult to talk in specifics with these products, but they seem to play their part in my general feeling of well-being that my physician's regimen has generated.

Keep buying and taking this Folate since 2018
I really like this folate. Taking it to support my reproductive and overall health since 2018. Got pregnant in 2022 and was taking it during the entire pregnancy. In March 2023 gave birth to a healthy baby and still taking it. Not going to stop anytime soon. Highly recommend!
