Pillows fit great. There is no leakage and they are very quiet. The material is made very well and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend these.

The device works and is comfortable. Unfortunately, this still vents air from the front of the mask which makes sleeping with a partner more difficult. I didn't see anything specific in the reviews about this which is why I'm adding this comment. When I purchased it I was hoping it just vented from the top, but this is by design. I suspect that if you block the front vent CO2 will build up and that is why it is there. In fact I have temporarily blocked it and that feels like an issue... albeit an very unscientific experiment.

OEM part

I like how they changed the picture on the order after it was delivered. I really wanted the gel cushions. While these work they are a little more flexible and sometimes collapse on themselves. I think the gel ones would stay put better.

Great product, cheaper than at cpap supply store!
