Nice, convenient package.
The individual pouches keep the freshness vs the cans. At first i was a little put off by the larger form factor because of the bag bulk but now that I've got a storage spot for all the bags, it is much more convenient. As always, Illy coffee is consistently great.

Superior but with room to improve some aspects
Better than STARBUCK, though more expensive. The aluminum protective package is a plus, giving constant freshness. When surfacing websites for alternative coffees, like dark roast and others, not all types of coffees specify the machines which they are compatible. The difference between espresso and "coffee" is confusing when we decide to purchase. In the Y5 machine you have the two alternatives but the spelling out of the differences between the coffee products themselves is annoyingly confusing on the advertising and on the packages. Hopefully the company will improve this aspect, given the excellent coffee flavor and quality.

Love them. Best espresso coffee from a capsule system. It’s like an authentic espresso, with 6.7gramms of coffee per capsule.

La qualità del caffè Illy non si discute. Capsule per sistema iperespresso confezionate singolarmente per garantire aroma, a differenza delle capsule in confezione multipla che, dopo pochissimi giorni dall’apertura della confezione, perdono aroma e il caffè non è più buono come appena aperta la confezione. Queste sono sempre perfette, apri la confezione e il tuo naso é colpito dall’aroma inebriante del caffè, lo gusti sempre perfetto.

Ottimo prodotto. Gusto intenso e aroma ben conservato grazie alla pellicola protettiva. Un caffè fatto a casa a cui non manca niente rispetto a quello di un bar che lo fa bene. Ho provato altri aromi ma questo è il migliore.
