Excellent vacuum cleaner, my 2nd one in the house. We have 5 dogs and all the dog hair is gone. Easy to assemble, very good quality! Not too heavy. Cleans your house very nicely. Changing the bags is nice and easy. Will buy it again if I have to .

Very good value for money.I have used this brand of vacuum cleaner for years and never had problem with it.This time however was the first time I bought it second hand/refurbished and I was worried about it but surprisingly it is like new.Many thanks from a happy customer
