I always appreciate screws that are forgiving and don't strip or develop "play" in them when you have to tighten and remove them more than once or twice, Well Done! I will be purchasing more of these for my other Skate Decks here shortly. I bought a set of the Flat Hex head 1.5s . I will probably go with a shorter length on my next purchase since I won't be using Risers on my other boards.

So I ordered the 1.5" set and I got the 1.75" set. Not a big deal but now the hardware sticks down a little extra and runs on my trucks but that's an easy fix. Other than getting a slightly larger set they are great quality and seem to work great!

As someone that isn't real big into the hobby they seem to be a good quality.

Love this product! I've been been skateboarding for 22 years. I love this hardware. I love that it's available in a wide range of bolt sizes to fit all-kinds of boards/trucks/risers, and I love that it comes with the option of different bolt shapes/kinds also. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE STAINLESS STEEL PART IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SKATEBOARD HARDWARE! I would never put any other metal on my skateboard! The only thing wrong with this product is that I am a dummy, and I ordered the wrong bolt size -__- .....But I'm just going to re-order the correct size with this same company/brand because they are the best!

I've had cheapo screws before; so cheap that during installation, the screw heads would strip off. These Fireball screws were durable and strong. My build was a 70's vintage board and the holes on the deck didn't quite line up. I used a rubber mallet to gently tap in the truck onto the deck and was afraid the screws would snap but they held up! This had solid threading on the screws as well as the accompanying nuts.

Good product and cheap

With the extra length and the extra load (skate log with wide carving trucks in my case) you need the extra material strength. The nuts are a bit beefier than common skateboard hardware and the nyloc is of good quality.
