That both of the liner is neon and looks nothing like the painted color ends! :(

Don’t know. I threw out the box. I don’t care for these though. Very dry and hard to put on.

Q: Are they coming from China?

They did not take too very long to get shipped to my house I don't know if they're coming from China or not. But I would not buy them. They are as hard as a rock you try to use them they cut your lips and you end up throwing them in the garbage
