Not sure if this is just my body tolerance but the sleeping aid doesn’t do anything for me. I don’t fall asleep faster sometimes I actually had several times when I couldn’t sleep all night after taking it but I don’t want to say it is a bad product but just didn’t work for me.It is true that the times I took it and it actually worked I had a really good quality sleep and I woke up revigorate even after crazy workouts.Unfortunately I feel like it doesn't always work but that can be just me and my high tolerance for sleep aids.I wanna mention that I never took sleep aids before and I was expecting more, especially that I use a lot of their products and I am a costumer for for “Animal” products for about 10 years now.That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars as I know they have good quality products and it can just be me and how my body reacts to it but I won’t buy it again

Good blend for the price and it looks like they've removed most of the food coloring from it recently. Can always open the colored pills and plainish taste to those. Good sleep, recovery and growth blend

There are 5 large capsules and 2 large pills to be taken 30-45 minutes before bedtime. It takes aprox 8 ozs of water to get those down. So, here we are, a full stomach of pills and water. Wow, has it occurred to anyone that this might not be a great idea before bedtime??? I am so full I can’t sleep!

Not bad

I followed the instructions but I wasn't getting sleepy from this. When I finally fell asleep, it gave great sleep bc of the natural ingredients it contains. I removed the melatonin capsule (melatonin effects my dreams and morning feeling). I think Animal is a good company but this sleep product doesn't knock me out like I was hoping for.
