The product is way good, it works so well and fast especially for cooking noodles, soup, tea and boiling eggs. You don't require induction cooktop if you have this product for cooking food which requires boiling or steaming.

It works but!
The temperature control knob is not good. The marking on it is not so visible. We can't know what temperature the kettle is working on exactly because there is no 'tick' sound when setting the temperature.

I recently purchased this multipurpose kettle but the lid broke after I accidentally dropped it! I emailed the support team and they replied within a couple of days. The representative was extremely polite, guided me clearly through the process of purchasing a replacement lid, and handled everything efficiently. I truly appreciate the prompt service of and professional support experience of Agaro. P.S. The kettle works well, I tried boiling milk, making tea, coffee, kichdi and the cake which you can see here.
