The 1Fastcatch Junior Precision paddle is ideal for training EVF technique. It removes power from the hand, forcing stronger kicks on timed sets. A cup in the back of the paddle helps train the swimmer not to drop the elbow upon cath. Includes two identical paddles which may be used on either hand.
