I love these storage canisters. I use them for flour, sugar, brown sugar, and white sugar. They hold a lot! The lids snap shut tightly so I don't have to worry about bugs, humidity, etc. The labels add extra charm to these beauties.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this set of four large containers for baking, and they’ve made my kitchen so much more organized. I use them for flour, brown sugar, sugar, and powdered sugar. The large opening is especially helpful for flour — it’s wide enough to scoop out with measuring cups easily and keeps things neat.They’re a great size. I can fit around 7-8 lbs of flour in them, though I usually just put in a 5 lb bag and there’s still room to spare. The seal is excellent — no leaks at all, and everything stays really fresh.They’re super durable too. I’m not exactly gentle with them, and over a year later they still look and work like new. No cracks, no leaks, and the clips are really secure but still easy to use.If you’re looking to organize your baking supplies and keep them fresh, these containers are a great pick!

I ordered these to store different types of flour and other baking ingredients (sugar, etc.), and they're pretty great. I was a dummy and failed to take measurements, so they ended up being a bit too tall for my cabinet shelves; however, they found a home on a countertop where I do my baking prep, which in turn freed up cabinet space (yay!). To give an idea of their size, the containers are perfect for a 5 lb. bag of flour, a 4 lb. bag of sugar, or a couple 2 lb. bags of brown sugar (quarter shown for size in my photo). They come with adhesive labels and a white marker which is a nice bonus, but I have yet to see how the labels survive washing. The lids fit securely and snap into place on each side, but at least one of the containers leaked when I tested it with water. These seem fairly sturdy and seem worth the price so far.

I am a serious hobbyist baker and like to keep all of my ingredients on hand and readily available, including numerous types of flour. That requires appropriately sized airtight storage containers. I have several of the King Arthur flour containers. They work very well, but are just a little too small to hold a 5 lb bag of flour. These containers are a little bigger than necessary, but I appreciate not having to struggle with them. They are very sturdy and close securely. Added bonus, there are less expensive than the King Arthur version. Several reviewers said they are difficult to separate when they arrive. That is true, but if you let them come up to room temperature, it is not as difficult.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works well for snacks at the office. I'm able to put them in a desk drawer for a cleaner desktop appearance. Food storage:I used it to preserve the freshness of the product inside and keep the critters out of my snacks. Works great so far. Durability:Been using for a few months now, so far so good.

When first received, I really didn't like them. too hard to extricate one canister from the other when unpacking. Wish that was packed differently somehow. Also didn't like that to snap on lids, I needed all my strengh. Not happy. But I decided to give them a chance. So why 5 stars after all of that?They are very good size to store larger quantities. they are not so tall that don't fit on the shelves. And the best part is that they are much easier to snap on and off after first few times.I am so pleased with the first set of 4, that I ordered a second set.Very good size, just the right hight, lids are not difficult to snap on/off but are airtight just the same.I highly recomend them.
