Simply amazing customer service! Mine was defective out of the box. One of the collars in the "elbow" was broken and the pieces fell out when I set it up. Dejected, I contacted Huanuo customer support, got an *actual human*, and they sent me an entire new unit, within like 3 days. I was blown away! The arm is sturdy and feels of quality, holds my 43" Hisense QLED that I use as a second monitor like a champ. I picked this up on a Prime Day deal, and it was, indeed, a deal and an excellent value for money! You get all the hardware and tools needed to assemble it right in the box. It is a bit on the heavier side (a good thing), so having a second set of hands might be helpful to put it together, but I managed by myself. I highly recommend this product.

Great addition if you have a second monitor!! My son wanted something to invert his screen and this checked all the boxes. SUPER heavy duty and very easy to use. Setup took about 20 minutes. Very versatile and flexible. He is now able to flip his screen vertical and horizontal in seconds. Great wire concealment and the stability is perfection. Gives you multiple install options like back of the desk or through your desk grommet (hole). Great value also!!!

It's a good product. I'm using this with a 30" Samsung Monitor. No issues with the weight or assembly. It actually assembles rather quickly. It ships with the necessary tools, minus a Philips screwdriver. (decent quality Allen wrenches). Good range of motion and easy to adjust. The gas shock is a little tricky to adjust, but as it turned out, I didn't need to adjust it. I do wish the arms were longer as I have mine mounted to the side of the desk. That's my only minor gripe. I should mention that I have this mounted to a glass and metal desk. Though there are two comments in reviews around glass desks. One says No and the other one doesn't have issues. This monitor arm is well built, easy to assemble, has a variety of ways to mount, can be tilted and rotated, and has cable management built in. It also can handle my 34 inch ultra wide monitor no problem. It also does this at a very affordable price point. I had never heard of this brand until I saw it mentioned in a YouTube video. I decided to take a chance with it, and I am glad I did.

I really like this. I even bought a second one. It's a 5-star item for most uses. It's sturdy and well built. It has the longest range of any monitor arm I could find (and I wish it had an additional 2-4 inch range). It has a USB-A connector in the base (you don't have to install it if you don't want it), which is handy. I got a laptop holder to put on one of the arms. It's a beefy laptop and the arm holds it very well. What I don't like is that the cable channel for the top part of the arm requires a screw to take on and off. The bottom cable channel comes off with a little pinch of the tabs instead of a screw. This is a pain because I don't want to have to unscrew the top part every time I need to take out the laptop power cable (yes, I could charge the laptop more slowly though a USBC charger, but then I have to buy one). I really wish the top cable channel had an easier way to get it off and on. Another bad design choice for the top cable channel is that the screw doesn't have any kind of retaining ring and gravity is working against you when you're trying to screw it in place. The screw can easily fall out when trying to put on the cable channel. Right now I'm experimenting with a velcro strap for holding the power cable on the top arm. Also, the bottom cable channel plastic piece (that attaches to the clamp) doesn't stay on very well. Those are my minor disappointments with an otherwise excellent product. If you're not having to periodically take a cable out, then you probably won't be bothered by these issues.

I originally got the dual monitor arm version, but decided that a single arm would be better for me. The arm works great and has a full range of movement. If I get a second monitor I will buy this again.

Product is as advertised. Very sturdy and holds my 34" ultrawide monitor easily. Build quality feels really good and does not look cheap at all. Highly recommended!

What a cracking piece of kit, very well manufactured and very sleek looking, does exactly what it says on tin. Well pleased with it and it's great value for money as the quality of the stand is incredible.
