Q: Has anyone used with nikon d7200? i am worndering if it is compatible?

It is compatible with any Nikon dslr that works with a slave flash.

Q: How do I turn off the flash sound?

press down on the round middle button for a few seconds. You will see the sound icon on the top right appear or disappear.

Q: Does it work with a Rebel t5

yes it works for canon DSLR bodies

Q: Has anyone had problems not working? I connect it and it's not firing.

Make sure your camera is set to mechanical shutter, not electronic shutter. I fiddled around for a long time not knowing why my new flash wouldn't work and using mechanical shutter was the simple solution.
