I have been using NutriBiotic Sodium Ascorbate since I came across Dr. Suzanne Humphries videos on the importance of vitamin C. Dr. Humphries research is truly fascinating, and she recommended this brand so I ordered my first bottle. It is hands down the best Vitamin C I have ever used (and I have tried them all)! My only complaint is it didn’t come in capsule form. I travel often so powdered vitamins can be a bit of a hassle, but alas the capsule form is finally here! This is a good buffered version of Vitamin C that is gentle on the stomach and won’t cause heartburn like plain Ascorbic Acid. This is Sodium bonded to Ascorbate which buffers the acid due to the mineral. Theres also no additional excipients and it’s a capsule, which I like. I take two per day.

I put about 1/4 teaspoon in my water throughout the day. Since vitamin C is absorbed quickly, this is a great way to get a steady intake throughout the day. Not many brands sell sodium ascorbate powder, it is usually citric acid, so I stick with Nutribiotic brand.

This is the best vitamin C I have ever used. If I feel a cold coming on, I just start taking one of these every couple of hours. Knocks it out! This is a great immune booster.
