Nest WiFi Point Genie

Gets the Google point up off table or counter and hangs neatly off an outlet taking up no space at all. And no unsightly wires. I had to hang it upside down ( because SOMEONE installed most of our outlets which I consider upside down) and I wasn't sure if it would work or not. Any place I wanted it wouldn't work as per instructions. But works just fine upside down. Nice and neat installation and saves space too.

My first order arrived damaged, but I sent an email to the customer service and got a response swiftly. They sent me a new one for free. The product itself is pretty good, and it works just as I expected. It’s a super good deal for the price and easy to use.

This 3-pack was the best deal available. Easy to install, 4/5: If you haven't realized, the Google Nest Router does not fit on this, only the WiFi points because the router is slightly larger. The cabling is manually looped on the back of the mount to be flush against the wall. For someone a bit obsessed with things being neat, It'd be great if there were grooves on the back to guide the cabling. Stability, 4/5: The thickness of the mount is relatively thin to the point it feels cheap. It definitely did feel like it would crack when troubleshooting connection issues such that you have to pull the mount out of the socket. So long as you don't touch this mount again, it looks great! Easy to use, 5/5: The product does come with a simple instruction on how to install the mount with your Google Nest WiFi points but if you're having any troubles, there are videos online to help. This product is a clean addition to placing your Google Nest WiFi points but it could use some quality improvements in thickness and grooves for cabling management (albeit it is hidden in the back). I recommend setting up your Google Next WiFi point before you install it to the mount as any connectivity issues will have you disconnect the mount as the reset button is located on the bottom of the WiFi point. Repeatedly having to connect/disconnect will give you the feel that the thin plastic connection to the socket will crack.

This device got my Google Mesh Point off the table and on the wall. It installs easily and the wire neatly wraps in the space designated in the rear. Professional looking and the perfect solution for keeping the Point off the table and up on the wall.

Super easy to install....keeps cord neat and organized. Perfect if you do not have a table to set this on, or if you don't want to see the cord.

Although I love the idea of this product, it does have a few negatives. Specifically the part that fits around the plug is very susceptible to breaking. See photo. Over the years I’ve order 3 replacements as each broke in the exact same way. Otherwise I have a good experience with these. If they resolved this part it would receive a much higher rating.

These little things have changed everything! They work as described, are sturdy snd hold the next pods close to the wall. Because of this, we have opened up our hallways because we don’t need mini tables everywhere. These are out of sight because they are low to the ground & you really don’t notice it. We also opened up space on table tops & were able to remove out of place end tables from the hallway. If you’re thinking about getting these, do it!

Clever idea and seems to work fine. Only been up for a month so can’t rate longevity. The access point didn’t really “snap” in very strongly. I worry that it will fall out but it Hasn’t yet. One possible downside. Putting an access point at typical low height for an outlet isn’t great. Usually you want them higher to avoid physical interference. I added an outlet up high for it.

Works perfectly, flush to the wall. Snapped right in place, wire coils nicely rolled up behind. Made for the Nest wifi points, not router, as advertised. Don't understand all the other mediocre reviews. 100% satisfied

This is amazing, and I am upset I cannot buy more any longer. They work great. I despise cords and clutter, but my husband insists on having electronic crap all over the house. These outlet shelves made his obsession much more tolerable for me.

It’s perfectly made for Gen 2 Nest Wifi points. They are costly but value for money looking at its utility and space it saves.
