I have diabetes, so I buy boxes of these on Amazon and have them delivered. They're pleasant and practical, being simple packages of granulated broccoli and cauliflower. The pouches are microwavable, and they run a recycling service for these.I'm a happy customer.:-)

Great product, taste good but can be used as a base for many recipes. I use it for work and home, it's convenient and much less carbs. Been buying quite a lot for myself and someone else but not sure if I will buy frequently when the price goes up. Amazon actually capped the amount I could buy, which is nonsensical, as you would think they wanted to make sales..

This is a product that you either love or hate! - No halfway house. For me, I love it & find it quite versatile & handy to have in the food cupboard. I have eaten it with a curry, alone with butter, cheese & mixed with konjac slim rice. ( i do not recommend the latter!)It has an earthy, roast taste which is fine by me but the slightly brown, mushy texture may be off-putting for some.It's useful & nutritious if you are a health freak (like me) & may offer a quick, healthy alternative to carbohydrates if you are watching your weight.It's ridiculously expensive but removes the hassle of shopping & making the mush yourself, so if you don't mind the expense I can recommend it.I will repurchase for the convenience angle ☺UPDATE: I bought this in April 2021. I paid £8.55 for it & considered it good but expensive. Today is 18/5/21 & I was going to order another pack, BUT THE PRICE TODAY IS £12!!No thank you. I'll make my own. Such a price hike in the space of a month is UNJUSTIFIED. I'm off! - voting with my feet. 👎👎

I didn’t expect to like this as much as I do. Very tasty added to a sauce based main meal. Weird smell but once absorbed not noticeable. I don’t miss potatoes or rice etc etc. v tasty

Used as a rice substitute as I'm diabetic. Full of flavour and super healthy.

As an alternative to rice it works well in recipes, plus the value is much better buying in bulk here than paying individual prices at health food stores.

The value for money is worth it 6 packets which have 2 portions each in.I have cooked it via microwave, stirfry and also boiled it, it does leave a horrible smell in your kitchen however the taste is jsut nto for me, i am finding i am havign to season the rice somethign chronic.I wish there was a return however it is not allowed. So unfortenately money wasted on my part.Nothign wrong with the product jsut my own personal preference, I cannto express that enough

Love this cauliflower & broccoli veg goes well with any meal so quick to heat up in the microwave and tastes great thank you
