This starter is wonderful!
I began with 3 starters but my white one wasn’t going so well so I snagged one of these Italian Camaldoli starters. This starter is wonderful and the instructions to get it going were easy to follow. Bread is fabulous with great flavor! There are a couple more from Positively Probiotic I’d like to try in the future. I’d definitely buy again if anything happened to this one. Thanks so much!(Pic is after it’s been stored in the fridge for a few days but it bubbles up and doubles nicely!)

Really nice mild flavor
I'm glad I got this. I mean, I don't have the patience to feed it when I often don't eat bread for months at a time, but I dried some out and froze it so I can revive it whenever I want. The handful of loaves I made were nice, not too sour (which is my preference).
