Q: Can someone give me the measurments on the collars?

yes, it works great. my girl is not as upset putting this collar on after a procedure at the vet compared to the traditional lamp shades. kay cee gives it 2 paws up!

Q: I’m confused about the sizes. the dimensions for a medium are more than the large. my dog needs 16”l x 5”w. which one should i buy?

I suggest going to the manufacturers website there is a short video that was very helpful and there is a size chart.
