ACTUALLY Plug and Play
Is the audio quality good? Of course not. It's the size of a golf ball and inexpensive. But it works, and all you have to do is turn it on and plug it into the auxiliary jack of the device of your choice! It's actually plug and play, unlike a different device that looked very similar and CLAIMED to be "plug and play" but actually requires a Bluetooth connection to use. This thing, you literally just turn it on (it arrived to my house with a usable charge in the battery), plug it in, and control the volume using your phone or computer or whatever it's plugged into. That and the fact that it comes with a little charging cable (micro-USB), this thing is exactly what you want if you're looking at these types of speakers in the first place.

Powerful and Easy to Use
I use this to improve on the audio from a small shortwave radio. Its frequency response is much improved over the stock speaker in the radio, making listening more pleasurable. It recharges quickly using a USB-C cable. I reccomend it for anyone who has a device with a small speaker and has a standard 3.5mm audio out jack, and wants to improve the audio.Note that is not a wireless Bluetooth speaker. It plugs directly into the speaker output jack on your radio, MP3 player, or other audio device. Its volume is controlled by the volume control of your audio device.I have not tested the battery life and the size of the battery is not specified. However, in my use so far, it seems to have enough battery power to last quite a long time. It takes about 45 minutes to recharge.

Damage to your aux (3.5mm) jack if simultaneously plugged in with USB
Damage to your aux (3.5mm) jack could happen to you like it did to me.The wiring in this speaker has some sort of short in it. Normally, the power conducted through a 3.5mm audio jack would not be enough to damage the jack, but this speaker charges through a USB-A cable, and something shoddy is happening on that end. Whatever juice it's drawing from that source is unshielded and intense, enough to create a sudden and ear-piercing squeal through the speaker when that USB-A port is right next to the aux jack, as it is on most laptops and desktops. And when that happened to me, it instantly fried the L side of stereo on that aux jack, permanently, forcing a replacement.Buyer beware!

Well…
I am old school on my music player to save my phone battery. Don’t always like headphones. This little mini works pretty well is nice and compact, but you really have to shove the connector in there to reduce the static and you have to alter the music settings for practically every MP3 file you have on your device. It sounds like it’s underwater all the time unless you fiddle with the Equalizer. But for what it is, it works OK.G

Great device to upgrade old iPods and mp3s.
This mini speaker is surprisingly loud for its size. I upgraded my iPod Nano; it’s too big to accommodate the 30-pin connector, but thankfully my battery is fine. I was looking for a smaller speaker and wanted something really compact, even at the expense of quality. Since this was the smallest option I found, it turned out to be a good purchase. I've had it for only 48 hours, but I'm happy with my decision.
