Really great small speaker, I have had it since 2023. I use it in my studio while I'm working; headphones are not an option. Needing something compact, attached to my mini iPod, I can easily listen to my music or audiobooks while I work. The sound is loud, you can't compare to high end sound system speakers, but it is clear, and gives great volume The video sound is for volume indication, and not a true reflection of what it sounds like in person, reality is not as tinny sounding, it is smoother, with more depth. Well built and pretty solid for a small device. By comparison, I bought a different brand speaker, thankfully no longer available, at the same time as this one for a backup and it was a complete waste of money, impossible to hear anything, flimsy build and generally useless. Came back now to buy another one, so happy to see they still have this, I want a reliable back up in case anything happens to this one, I can be clumsy lol

Works great with my ancient iPod Touch (yes, I am a boomer). l needed something I could use outside when working in the yard and this fits the bill. It's truly plug n play and does NOT require a Bluetooth connection/device. It's much easier to manage than my last speaker because it has an audio jack instead of a wired connection. Because it's jacked into the device I am unlikely to drop this one onto the garage floor which is what did in my last cheapo speaker. Sound quality is perfectly adequate for classic rock tunes as background noise while I am playing with chainsaws and other loud/dangerous equipment.

I originally bought this to increase the volume on my android phone -- but it causes a lot of feedback for the other person so I do not use it there -- but -- I have found that I love it on my computer. I watch some YouTube videos and sometimes there are areas or even whole videos that are too low for me to completely understand what is being said. So I turn this little speaker on and pop it into the headphone jack and it always makes it loud enough for me to clarify what was said. I can then control the volume with the speaker level on the computer, since the speaker does not have a volume control itself. I have to remind myself to turn it off when I pull it out of the jack, but I've grown accustomed to that. The sound quality is a little "bright" but that is what makes the softly spoken text hearable for me -- it removes the "mumble" -- I am glad I have it and use it quite often. And the battery is easy to charge, too. I just plug it into the USB on my computer. Easy Peasy.

Love the concept; very portable; would have been perfect for what I wanted— to be able to boost the sound on my phone to listen to podcasts while driving, BUT: —it doesn’t fit snugly into my iPhone; it is very loose and falls out —sound quality is nonexistent; it doesn’t project sound from my Iphone; whether it is in or out, the sound level does not change. It’s like it isn’t even in there. —it emits a loud static screeching sound when I’m on the road near power lines, so can’t use it in the car So disappointed; I really wanted it to work. I don’t know if I just got a dud or if the product just doesn’t work in general. I’m willing to return it and try another one, and change my review if the next one works.

It's reasonably priced and works well. It's perfect for practicing electric guitar indoors. You can get some sound right away without having to prepare a big amplifier.

I have an older iPod and was looking for a simple speaker with no bells or whistles—no special app, no Bluetooth, nothing complicated. This fit exactly what I was looking for. The sound quality is fine at lower volumes. I use it to play music softly in my home office, and for that purpose it’s been perfect. When turned all the way up, the sound quality isn’t great, but that’s not how I intended to use it. If you’re looking for something to fill a room at party-level volume, this probably isn’t the right choice. But if you want a straightforward, no-frills speaker for casual listening, it does the job well.

Is the audio quality good? Of course not. It's the size of a golf ball and inexpensive. But it works, and all you have to do is turn it on and plug it into the auxiliary jack of the device of your choice! It's actually plug and play, unlike a different device that looked very similar and CLAIMED to be "plug and play" but actually requires a Bluetooth connection to use. This thing, you literally just turn it on (it arrived to my house with a usable charge in the battery), plug it in, and control the volume using your phone or computer or whatever it's plugged into. That and the fact that it comes with a little charging cable (micro-USB), this thing is exactly what you want if you're looking at these types of speakers in the first place.
