Review of: Tidyboss 8 Puzzle Sorting Trays with Lid 10" x 10" - Portable Jigsaw Puzzle Accessories White Background Makes Pieces Stand Out Sort Patterns, Shapes and Colors | for Puzzles Up to 1500-2000 Pieces I got the 10x10 size which says it holds 1500-2000 pieces. I thought this meant it holds that many pieces in single layers, but that's not what it means. Possibly if you have a puzzle with tiny pieces, which I do those too. But right now I'm working on a Ravensburger large piece, 750 piece puzzle and only about 2/3 of the pieces fit in the tray set. Maybe less. So that's been a bit disappointing. That is my only real complaint though. I kind of want to take 1/2 a star off due to the misleading puzzle piece number, but it's a great product and I can always buy a second set if I end up doing many puzzles with this issue. I got the white, which makes it so easy to find my pieces. Even the white pieces aren't the same shade of white and are easy to see the edges against the white background. The trays stack tightly into each other, which means they will not fall off when stacked tightly and are easy to carry when you want to move your puzzle to a different room. The lid is a bonus! I have 3 cats who LOVE my puzzles, so having extra protection is a must. I can stack them between sessions and the cats cannot bump them to open them up. Because they fit tightly into each other, this means they are a little difficult to pull apart. So you need to use finesse when pulling them apart when they're full of pieces. Just do it slowly and patiently. They are very sturdy. A hard plastic that does not bend. High quality.

These trays stack nicely. However, if they were a little deeper, it would be less likely to accidentally spill the pieces. White is an excellent color for me to see the individual pieces. The size is easy to work with.

I wish I'd gotten these years ago! I have long been curious to try puzzle trays, but talked myself out of them, figuring that I've managed so long without them, why bother? But this year we started a particularly challenging puzzle, and I knew it was time to give them a try. Wow, do these white plastic trays make it easy to move pieces around, especially if your table is small. Each tray is about the width of a piece of paper, but nearly square. They're easy to handle, a breeze to pass back and forth between puzzle-doers, and they stack if you want to tuck your puzzle pieces away (with a lid if you need to put the half-done puzzle pieces away for a while). If you've been considering getting these, don't hesitate. They're great.

Exactly what I needed and it is as shown. Very sturdy and what I like the most how compact and stackable

So, I’m not using this in the traditional sense that most are using it for. I like puzzling but space is an issue & I really like short puzzling stints with a sense of completion so I got these little tiny puzzles that are around 5x7 inches once done. My thought was that I could complete the puzzle in the tray & if I can’t dedicate the time to finish it in one sitting, I can simply put the lid on it & come back to it as time allows. Initially, I looked for trays that had individual lids but I didn’t find those so I ended up picking these 10x10 inch white puzzle boards. I also got some clear trays that do have lids. These are literature holding type containers & they may be more in line with my needs but these are a good starting point for me. (I’ll report back & update this review if that ends up working better in the event that someone else is looking to do what I’m doing.) I got the white trays as opposed to the black because I thought it would be easier to see the pieces on the white background. The boards were packaged well & are of good quality. They nest well together & have a clean, crisp edge. They are easier to get apart than I thought they would be. The plastic is sturdy as well. My two issues are these: - 1) In the video I posted where I am pushing on the middle of the tray, it illustrates that these trays do not lay flat & they bow up in the middle. This is slight & it probably won’t distract from anyone using the product in the conventional sense it was designed to be used but it does interfere in how I want to use it. - 2) The logo in the center of each tray is slightly indented into the plastic, therefore interrupting the smooth sliding of pieces around in the tray. It would be better if the logo were simply printed on the product & the surface was left smooth so you can easily slide the pieces about. All in all, the puzzle trays are a good, functional product. While it’s not perfect for what I wanted to do with them, they are great.

Just got these trays and they transformed my puzzle chaos into pure cozy joy. Instead of a mountain of pieces stressing me out and stealing the whole table, everything’s now neatly stacked, sorted, and even tucked in under a lid like a little puzzle blanket burrito. They’re lightweight, sturdy, and so easy to shuffle around. My family loves having the table back, and I love having a method to the madness of a thousand tiny pieces. Absolutely love it! Highly recommend if you love working on big puzzles over time but hate seeing a mess of loose pieces strewn about while you're in the process ❤️🧩✨

Perfect way to sit and put sections together by color. Sorting is easy.

One lid and a good sturdy stack of trays makes this perfect for puzzles. I am currently using these to sort and store a 1,000 piece puzzle and it is perfect.
