I am so thankful that I can be a loyal customer of the Colombian Lady Slim Brand. I first found this brand and purchased my very first waist trainer in April 2018. At that time, I wore jean size 18/20 and sometimes a size 22. At that time,, I had to buy the 2XL Waist Trainer. Because, I wanted to hide my fat belly, on purpose I bought and wore those pants sizes. Currently, in April 2019, I am wearing my more ideal pants/jeans size, which is size 16. Now, I wear size 16 and my belly does not hang over my pants. I am NOT able anymore to cover my belly with jeans/pants. I am happy that I can wear this XL Waist Trainer, to help with my fitness routine when I exercise on my fitness machine in my home. This Waist Trainer helps to: (1) better define my waist for that hourglass shape, (2) continue to sweat off the small amount of fat on the front side of my stomach, (3) boost my home fitness routine to get the results that I want , by consistently eating small meals and healthy meals throughout the day, and (4) boost my self-esteem and my self-confidence about my body image, whenever I am out in public places.I NO LONGER HAVE A FAT BELLY TO HIDE!!!THANK YOU Lady Slim, Proud Loyal Customer

I have been checking out on these waist trainers from a long time and found out the lady slim to give a try after readind the reviews and quite happy about the product when recieved and tried it on. The quality is good and the latex doesnt smell much once you wear it. Sad part which is bothering me is i have ordered a medium size (waist size 32.5 ) going by the size chart and reviews , this trainer already fits me on third hook which i feel is large leaving only one hook to compress. I should have gone for small size instead .

Well i hate to give a 2 star review but ive owned two waist trainers prior to this oen and both were great quality this one is far lower quality than this one. The reason being that they used a very low quality fabric for the hooks and the torso is very short. Im only 5'4 i dont even have a long torso and it was WAY too short for me. My previous 2 WT were both ALL RUBBER including the part where the 3 rows of hooks were, this allows for stretching and prevents the hooks from breaking or pulling out bc the part where they are stretches like the rest of the WT. Only this one its like a felt material so imagine for somone whose overweight how long the hooks will last? Will they break or fall apart due to the tension caused wearing one of these for 6-8 hours or while exercsining? Absolutely. I didnt wait for this to happen i am returing my tomorrow and i will continue searching for one that is good quality. If you dont have alot of fat on your midsection you will be fine with this one. But for me it wont work one bit.

I am 5’4 around 160... 36/38C I bought an XL first day... 1st set of hooks .. 2nd day I’m on the 2nd ... this is a great product I have 2 Ann Chery 1 Camellias...all including this one are excellent products.

I ordered a large but I could have ordered a medium for a more snug fit. It’s comfortable I love it!

At first i had it on inside out, wondering why the flap would buldge through my shirt. Put it on correctly and I love it! You dont need to lay down unless you bought it too small! I simply fold the flap inwards and hook each hook. Then unfold the flap once all are hooked! I wear it for about 5-6 hours! I can still feel the tightness once removed! I'll always use it!! Thank you! Once it's too big ill order the next size down! I have the XL and it's not as big as you think

Amazing waist trainer for the price! I weigh 140 lb and have a 28in waist. I bought this in a small and it fit perfectly as i expected it. It was snug but i could still move freely in it. I really love how I can flip it both on the inside and outside because the inside is more of a leather fabric that makes me sweat more, which i love to use at the gym. While the outside is a soft velvet fabric that is comfortable to wear during regular activities like while doing chores. I highly recommend this produce I’ve been using it for a month almost every other day and have already lost an inch off my waist! Even though i got a small i would recommend sizing down because it does stretch a little after wearing it a lot.

Great product would encourage anyone to buy it.
