How are the quantitative LH tests better compared to traditional lh strips?

Please note that both tests serve the same purpose. Traditional LH strip shows you a negative or positive result without telling you how much LH you have in urine, while the quantitative LH test tells your estimated LH level directly.

I would recommend you to stick to one kind of tests for consistency as well as better presentation of the trend of your LH level.

What is the lh level it detects? i am seeing 0-80, 0-65, 2.5-65 miu/ml across different amazon listings (of different packings) and descriptions.

Please know that these are quantitative ovulation dip card, which differs from qualitative ovulation tests. The quantitative test control lines normally will not change, providing solid and clear test lines on a clean white background. The detection range is different from quantitative ovulation test strips. It can detect your LH Level from 0 to 65 mIU/ml.

There is just a cosmetic difference. The strips does not come in the hard plastic covering. They are to be administered and read the same. Both can still be uploaded and read by the Premom App.
