Does It's Job
we moved to the Country and I needed Gasoline Storage...got a 55 gallon drum and the paste is the only way to gauge how much gas we've got ....it's a really really great accompaniment to the graduated Dip Stick

The color change is pretty subtle, and hard to read
The description is wrong, THIS product is supposed to detect gasoline. I've used the water detecting paste, and the indication is pretty strong, this stuff, not so much.

Amazon's description is incorrect. I bought this to detect WATER in gasoline as it stated on the Amazon description. This product detects gas in other liquids.!
