Delicious cheese
A delicious bit of extravagance. This cheese is mild and tasty. It worked very well with the cheese curler. The packaging for delivery was still cold when I got it.

What a disappointment. Quality of cheese was fine. But I paid for a full wheel; as advertised. I received two halves that made up the wheel; as a result, I could not use my traditional cheese curler while entertaining guests. Big flop,

Unbelievably good
I ordered this cheese to use with my new Girolle cheese shaver. I had no expectations at all, except that it would be a pretty presentation. But the taste is to DIE FOR! I will order more. much more. This is the best cheese I have ever eaten. It is so nice for a wine tasting. It goes with everything, and it is light and not filling at all. I also thought the price is excellent.

It's one of my favorite cheese and I usually don't complain but this one was a little old. Very unusual. No problems with shipping. It was well packed with an ice pack to keep the cheese cool during shipment

cheese was rancid.
Upon opening the cheese, It was full of slime. I tried to wash it off and even scrape the sides to see if i could make it servable. The cheese was dry and stunk very bad. I have used this cheese before, and had no issues Unfortunately this piece of cheese had to go directly to the trash. Very disapointed.
