I went to go to my PCOS Specialist a few months ago and gave me a B12 test and told me it was very low. It was around 227 when it should be around 800. So Garden of Life brand is what she recommended. I started taking it two or 3 months ago and it made a difference in my energy. I don't have as much numbness in my hands like I used to when taking this product. The product is easy to swallow. The taste is not horrible. The value for the price is worth it. Not only is it B12 by itself but it also contains probiotics that are helpful for your gut since women with pcos usually have gut issues. There is nothing artificial in this product. No fillers or preservatives. It's all natural. Garden of Life products are good quality all around.

Do not take without eating! It says you can but when I took them on an empty stomach fresh in the morning I had very bad stomach pain and I felt terrible. But after light snack or meal or heavy meal Take this pill and it helps improve mood, it’s easy to swallow and dissolves easily with water. The quality is nice there’s a thin plastic looking coating around it and you get your moneys worth. Should last a month or two depending on the supply you grab. I hate taking pills but these definitely are so easy to take I don’t even think about it too often. The size bottle size is half the side of my hand so be prepared to be thrown off by the size but the contents last. My skin has dramatically looked so much better and my nails are so much stronger. My hair has been growing thicker as a black woman with sometimes damaged hair as well

I love the quality of the vitamins and the ingredients. Methylcobalamin is nature b12 and that was a huge plus for me and exactly what I was searching for in a B12 supplement. The tablets are easy to swallow. The only downside is only being available in a 30 ct but I understand since the ingredients need to be fresher.

Garden of Life is my preferred brand of Raw Vitamin B-12. I have been using it for years and feel the benefits in my body. It is also reflected on my yearly blood analysis. I believe it is tolerable for anyone with a sensitive stomach. I plan to use it in the long term as I do not consume animal products. It is difficult to find in my local stores so I was happy to order it with ease on Amazon. However, check your expiration dates upon receiving it! I was sent 2 bottles that had only 5 weeks of viable usage left. They were not returnable. Amazon replaced one with another having the same issue. It should have at least a year’s viability upon delivery. Customer Service was helpful in finally issuing a deserved credit after contacting them twice. Old inventory is not good for your health! This should not have happened once let alone twice. Postnote: I NEVER received a credit from Amazon as promised. I am not chasing them for it with phone calls despite having their emails confirming they will issue a refund in 3-5 business days.

Love these pills. They are small and easy to swallow. They help with my lack of energy and sluggishness. No upset stomach. I have taken them on an empty stomach with no problems. Just make sure to take first thing in the morning or when needing a pick me up. If you taken right before bed, they will keep you awake.

These are good vitamins. Good quality. I wish they made vitamins for people over 75 years old. We have different needs than younger people.
