Q: What time do i take this do i take it when im awake or set alarm every 6 hours ?

Doesn’t have to be exact. Day 1 you take 4x a day so plan it with 3 meals and then before bed. Day 2 you take 3x so plan with each meal.

Q: Can it take by big kid? I know it is for adults, but can it be taken by 16 year old boy who is 180lb and 5'11"? Basically the size of an adult?
