I've been using this multivitamin daily for a couple years now. I'm not a nutritionist but in my own personal research I determined to find a good multivitamin with as few vitamins above 100% of daily value as possible and with probiotics. This one is organic as well, so that's a plus. The recommended daily serving is 4 capsules a day. I usually just do 2, as long as I'm eating healthy, and that seems to work just fine. If I've been having a bad day diet wise, I'll take 2 more towards the evening time to make sure my body is getting nutrients. I will say I do notice the difference if I forget to take them on any given day. I feel less energy, lethargic even after a cup of coffee. I just make sure to take them the next day and I'm back to normal. They do say you can open the capsules and mix into a drink. I have yet to do that. There's not much of a flavor when just taking the capsules. They are large so every once in a while they're a little tough to take down.
