I don’t know, but it fits the Blink XT2 outdoor camera.

These are only holders that can be twisted around things to secure the camera that is a blink camera by Amazon. Yes to answer your question the blink cameras upload to the cloud and immediately play the recorded clip on your iPhone

Q: I removed rubber seal on the back of blink outdoor camera. It doesnt snap into place??? Do i force it?!

If you are talking about the back panel of the camera, it does snap back on. I assume you removed it to put the batteries in? I do not know of anything else you should be removing from the camera other than the battery cover.
