Q: does the remote controll each collar seperately so if one dog needs it but the other is behaving?

Hello, The remote controls each collar seperately, there's a channel button to choose the dog you need to train.

Q: How do i re sync the collar to remote?

Use a paper clip and press the 2nd hole under the rubber water proof seal on side of device. This will reset. Your remote should be set to device.

Q: How could I get replacement collars? My dog chewed through both, so I need something smaller than what it came with but will fit the device.

Just about any fabric collars the same width of the one that came with the device will fit. You can buy them anywhere. That way it will fit the dog better. Hope this helps.

Q: I have 4 dogs . Would each remote work separately if I buy 2 sets ?

Yes they would work separately. You will not experience any interference between the two sets.
