Q: Is this the actual certified image skincare line?? Is it identical from what one would get from an esthitician???

It is the same product I have purchased from my aesthetician. The packaging, size, and contents are identical. The only thing that's different is that price online seems to fluctuate.

Q: is this fragrance free?

No, has the smell of oranges/citrus.

Q: is this 100% real product? I know I Image doesn't sell online so I am curious how you get it?

I Image might be different from Image. Image is the real line of coarse and is a high end line. Many spas I have been to for various for various treatments use or have heard of Image. I do my homework with skin care lines and this one is one of my favorites. I don't know about I Image... Hope that helps :)

Q: how do you use the product. do you rinse it off and if so how long do you wait to wash it off

I think directions say 5 to 30 minutes. I have very sensitive but old dry skin. I use it once a week for 30 minutes after one of their other masks and wash it off.
