Lack of Product Support
Purchase a PA-13-14-3000 lbs. actuator. The bottom gear case cover busted out. It was outside the warranty window. No parts available to repair from Progressive Automations. This should not have occurred, I had at most a 2000 lb load at the time. Less than 200 total cycles at usually less than 500 lbs. Worked great until it failed. Not a fan of equipment that you just have to pitch when something goes wrong. It would be an easy fix to replace the bottom case. They have a case cover for the PA-17 but not the PA-13.
