Q: Does the process hurt?

I love this product. I followed the directions, soaked me feet and yes it was a little difficult to put the corrector on but once I got it on and started twisting I had instant pain relief. The retainer is tricky and sometimes can be a struggle to get on, but it really helps. To keep the retainer on I used clear gel polish to keep it in place better. The first night is the only time I felt discomfort. It didn’t hurt, I just knew it was there.

Q: how do the retainers work?

Nail retainer applies a gentle pressure that keeps the nail straighten. We recommend to attach it with tweezers (included) and to keep for at least 10-14 days.

In my case the ingrowntoenail was caused by footwear and the correction was permanent after using it for 3 months, keeping the correction with adhesive plastic strips instead of the metal ones that are difficult to put on
