You'll get 60 capsules containing 125mg of Sensoril Ashwagandha per capsule, for just under £18.I usually use the KSM-66 version of Ashwagandha, which is standardised to 5% withanolides (the active chemical extract of this plant), whereas this Sensoril version is stronger, at 10%.Since I have only every tried KSM-66 and have been using that for a number of years, I jumped at the chance to try this version.I've found that compared to my normal supplement, this has a stronger effect on my stress levels and leaves me a little more rested each day. This is not massively significant, but it is a noticable improvement.Many of the benefits of the two versions are the same, but according to many sources online, some studies suggest that Sensoril may:Promote cardiovascular healthPromote more restful sleepSupport resistance to fatigueOn the other hand, KSM-66’s benefits may include:Promote memory and cognitionPromote energy and staminaPromote strength and muscle recoveryI would probably agree with these to a degree but would suggest that it feels as though they are about 80% the same benefits across each.For £18 this may last you one to two months depending on your dosage. I have tried one per day but have stepped it up to two where I have seen the greatest effects, but it is a bit pricey at this level.It does look as though this brand offers multiple purchase discounts which is excellent and is definitely tempting once I have finished my supply of this supplement and my remaining KSM-66.I'd recommend trialling both versions of Ashwagandha to see which one is right for you, and this one is effective and strong so is worth a try.

This is a great supplement for helping with reducing anxiety and relieving stress and anxiety and is also a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. I've taken this in the form of a multi-supplement previously to help with keeping my mood lifted and so know from prior use that it works well for me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know that ashwagandha is the right supplement for you right now then this is a good quality choice and if taken at the recommended minimum one a day then this bottle will last around two months, though you can take up to two a day if needed.
