got the car fan and heater ,fan works but no heat at all . where do i send it back to please for a replacement .thanks

cheak wiring on vehicle before using
not sure about this one. decided to wire in new cigarette lighter straight from battery instead of of using existing cigarette lighter. incase it kept blowing fuses in van. plug on heater gets guite hot. only tried it for a minute. heater does not swivel either. no idea how long it will last.? could be a cold winter in van ho joy.ps don't forget to put in line fuse on live feed from battery
